SWAMI SUKHABODHANANDA

Swami Sukhabodhananda, often hailed as the greatest disciple of Poojya Sri Swami Chinmayananda, embodies a profound legacy of spiritual wisdom and transformative teaching. Born Dwaraknath on April 25, 1955, in Bangalore to Smt. Rukmani and Sri Srinivasamurthy, he was destined for a life guided by the principles of Lord Krishna, instilled deeply by his upbringing in a distinguished business family. Educated at St. Joseph's College, Bangalore, Swami Sukhabodhananda navigated the challenges of youth, finding solace and direction in the ancient wisdom of scriptures. Inspired by the teachings of his grandmother and later by Swami Chinmayananda, who emphasized that true happiness resides within, he embarked on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual pursuit.

Joining Sandeepany Sadhanalaya under Swami Chinmayananda's guidance at just 20 years old, Swami Sukhabodhananda quickly distinguished himself as a dedicated student.
