Macaulay Macaulay Culkin Culkin is an American actor. Often  regarded as one of the most successful child actors of the 1990s, he was  placed 2nd on VH1's list of the "100 Greatest Kid-Stars".


Macaulay Macaulay Culkin Culkin, born Macaulay Carson Culkin on August 26, 1980, is an accomplished American actor renowned for his success as a child actor in the 1990s. He gained prominence with his iconic role as Kevin McCallister in the Home Alone film series, particularly in the first two films released in 1990 and 1992. His performance in these movies earned him a nomination for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy.

Culkin's success extended beyond Home Alone, as he starred in several other notable films during the 1990s, including My Girl (1991), The Good Son (1993), The Nutcracker (1993), Getting Even with Dad (1994), The Pagemaster (1994), and Richie Rich (1994). His contributions to the entertainment industry as a child actor were recognized when he secured the 2nd position on VH1's list of the "100 Greatest Kid-Stars."

After taking a break from acting in 1995, Culkin made a return in 2003 with a guest appearance on the television show Will & Grace and a role in the film Party Monster. He authored an autobiography titled "Junior," published in 2006. In 2021, he starred in the tenth season of American Horror Story, titled "Double Feature."

Beyond acting, Culkin co-founded the comedy rock band the Pizza Underground in 2013, where he served as the vocalist. The band disbanded in 2016. Currently, Culkin is the publisher and CEO of Bunny Ears, a satirical pop culture website and podcast.

Throughout his career, Culkin received several accolades, including an American Comedy Award, an MTV Movie Award, and a Young Artist Award. His achievements and contributions to the entertainment industry are marked by a diverse range of roles and ventures.

In his personal life, Culkin was born to Christopher Cornelius "Kit" Culkin and Patricia Brentrup in New York City. He grew up in a financially challenging environment with six siblings. In his personal life, Culkin has faced challenges, including a strained relationship with his father, legal battles over his trust fund, and the tragic loss of family members, including his half-sister Jennifer and older sister Dakota. He has also encountered legal issues, such as a brief arrest in 2004 for drug possession.

Culkin's romantic life has been publicized, including his marriage to actress Rachel Miner in 1998, their subsequent divorce in 2002, and his relationship with Mila Kunis. In 2018, he launched Bunny Ears and later changed his name legally to "Macaulay Macaulay Culkin Culkin."
