Alfred Raoul
Alfred Raoul served as President of the Republic of the Congo from September 5, 1968, to January 1, 1969, and as Prime Minister from August 1968 to December 1969. Raoul was also Vice President of the People's Republic of Congo from January 1970 to December 1971.

ALFRED RAOUL
Alfred Raoul was a prominent Congolese politician who served as President of the Republic of the Congo for a brief period from September 5, 1968, to January 1, 1969. Prior to his presidency, he held the position of Prime Minister from August 1968 until December 1969, during a time marked by significant political upheaval. Prior to his presidency, Raoul had a military background, having joined the army after completing his secondary education at the Victor-Augagneur high school in Pointe-Noire. In addition to his political career, he served as Vice President of the People's Republic of Congo from January 1970 to December 1971. Alfred Raoul was married to Émilienne Raoul and passed away on July 16, 1999.
